By using Beauty ID, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Questions: hello@beautyid.app.
Using Beauty ID
You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Please give accurate information and use Beauty ID only for your own personal, lawful use.
Your content and data
What you add to Beauty ID (your shelf, shades, photos and feedback) stays yours. You give us permission to store and use it to run and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete it at any time.
Connected inboxes and stores
When you connect an inbox or forward an order, you confirm the account is yours and allow us to read order emails as the Privacy Policy describes. Stores and brands are separate companies, and their own terms apply to anything you buy from them.
Not medical or professional advice
Expiry dates, restock timing and shade matches are estimates based on general guidelines and your information. They aren't medical, dermatological or safety advice. Always check a product's label, and stop using anything that irritates your skin or looks, smells or feels off.
Affiliate links
Some links to stores are affiliate links. If you buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That never changes which shades we suggest.
What you may not do
Don't misuse Beauty ID. That means no breaking the law, accessing other people's accounts, interfering with or overloading the service, scraping it, or reverse engineering it. You may not use Beauty ID to create, upload or share sexual or intimate images of anyone, including AI-generated or altered images, or any content that harasses or exploits another person.
Our service
We're always improving Beauty ID and may change or stop features. Beauty ID is currently free. If we ever add paid features, we'll tell you the price before you pay anything.
Ending your use
You can stop using Beauty ID and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers
Beauty ID is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be error-free or always available, or that every estimate or match will be right for you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Beauty ID isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
Changes to these terms
If we make important changes, we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Using Beauty ID after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA, except where the law where you live gives you other rights.
